Our Story
Back in 2003, the very first edition of a special event came to life—a revolutionary idea brought to fruition by Wilmark to celebrate the summer vacation of his dance school students.
It was a one-of-a-kind experience, and choosing Vama Veche as the location turned out to be an inspired decision for such a unique occasion.
The following year, the event expanded significantly, welcoming other dance schools from Romania and creating a wider, more diverse community of participants.
Over time, the festival, formerly known as ROMANIA SALSA WEEK, gained popularity and attracted schools and dance enthusiasts from all over the country and across the globe.
By its 18th edition in 2024, the festival embraced a new name, but its essence and founding purpose remained unchanged. It has always been—and will continue to be—a unique opportunity for Latin dance lovers to spend an unforgettable summer vacation together.
With every edition, the vibrant atmosphere and passion for dance have transformed this festival into a true gathering point for the global Latin dance community. It’s an experience that transcends borders and cultures, bringing joy, authentic connections, and cherished memories to people united by the same passion.

PASS PRICES
DAY PASS
Provide a Day Pass for one person between 09:00 – 20:00.
- Access to dance classes/workshops
- Access to the pool
- Aceess to the day parties
Provide a Night Pass for one person, starting from 22:00 until the end.
- Access to dance shows
- Access to the party
- Access to the concert (if scheduled for that day)
Information
The festival access bracelet is collected personally based on an identity document.
The access bracelet is placed on the participant's wrist by the organizer.
In case the bracelet needs replacement, the original bracelet must be returned to receive a new one. In the event of loss, the full price of a new bracelet must be paid.
Participants must always wear the bracelet, in a visible place.
The organizer reserves the right to check participants' bracelets at any time during the festival.
For purchased tickets that are not picked up, the value will not be refunded.
Gifted/Prize passes offered by the organizer or won through various contests are nominative, meaning they cannot be transferred to another person nor can they be converted into cash.
Winners of access passes can upgrade by paying the difference for the desired pass.
If a person has won multiple passes in different contests, they may choose only one pass.
Unclaimed passes at the event will not be refunded and lose their validity after the festival ends.
The organizer decides the day of the shows and their order of presentation.
Submissions must be sent by July 15, 2025, at the latest, for selection and organization of the festival program!
Filming during the shows is permitted. The duration of the performance must not exceed 4 minutes, and the choreography must align with the festival's theme.
Performers whose shows are accepted may benefit from special pricing for passes (up to 6 passes per school).
Performer Pass Prices:
GOZADERO Pass – 85 Euros / 425 RON
RUMBA Pass – 75 Euros / 375 RON
The available spots range from 30 to 50 people, depending on the venue.
Photography during workshops is not allowed. Filming is only permitted at the end of the workshops, with the instructors' express permission.
Gozadero Package
The GOZADERO Package includes: Accommodation + Gozadero Pass + Half Board
Accommodation: 4 nights in a double or triple room with air conditioning (price is per person; the room will be shared with another person).
Gozadero Pass: Provides access for one person throughout the festival period to: dance classes/workshops, 4 themed parties, 3 pool parties, concert access, dance shows/performance, and pool access during the day.
Half Board (4 breakfasts and 3 lunches, served buffet-style at Club D’Or 3*).
Half board meals are served starting from the second day of accommodation.
Breakfast times will be adjusted to our schedule.
Check-in at Club D’Or is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM.
There is an option for single occupancy, with an additional payment for 2 nights + 1 Gozadero Pass.
Accommodation can also be paid with cards/vacation vouchers (more info at 0720009000).
Reservations will be validated upon receiving a 30% advance, which is 30% of the package price.
Here’s the translation:
After paying the advance, the remaining balance for the package must be completed no later than July 15, 2025. This can also be done in installments (more info at 0720009000).
The advance paid is non-refundable!
In the case of non-payment of the advance, the reservation will be considered void, and the rooms will be redistributed.
The package does not include bootcamps (these are reserved and paid separately).

School Day
The flag for the parade will be provided by the festival organizer, based on the school’s participation registration, by July 10, 2025.
The flag will be raised by the school representative on the day of the performance, at the location indicated by the organizer.
The dance moment presented by the school must have a maximum duration of 1 minute. The choreography should be simple, fun, and a tribute to friendship and harmony among participants.
To carry out this activity, the school must send:
- The school’s logo in JPG or PNG format, minimum size 1200px X 1200px, by July 10, 2025, to the email address: contact@gozadero.ro
- The number of participants in the activity
- The music must be submitted by July 30
After the parade, the flag will remain in the custody of each school and will be brought to the next festival edition.
This activity can be accessed only with the GOZADERO Pass, GUARACHA Pass, or DAY Pass for Friday (valid between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

Tickets for transportation from Henri Coandă Airport (Otopeni) to Vama Veche, Constanța, can be purchased here.
On Autogari.RO, you can compare and choose from the 45 buses and minibuses that travel daily between Otopeni Airport and Vama Veche, operated by ALT Transport Persoane.

Useful Information
Payments can be made both in cash and through bank transfers.
We recommend checking the availability of services before making any payments.
Payment confirmation is done by sending the bank payment slip (OP) to the email address contact@gozadero.ro.
Invoices are issued after receiving the necessary information for their preparation, which can be sent via email to contact@gozadero.ro or via WhatsApp, 0720009000.
The displayed prices do not include the bank commission. The bank commission will be added to the displayed price and will be paid by the buyer.
Paid and uncollected passes will lose validity once the festival concludes, and no refunds will be issued!
Exchange rate: 1 Euro = 5 Lei.

During the period August 7-11, 2025, entry to Club D’or is only allowed with the purchased festival pass.
The person who purchased the access pass may send someone else in their place only with prior notification to the organizer!
The access pass can be purchased through school leaders, the festival website, or by contacting contact@gozadero.ro.
The festival organizer reserves the right to refuse participation of any person in the following situations:
- In an advanced state of intoxication;
- Under the influence of drugs or hallucinogens;
- Possessing weapons, blunt or sharp objects, umbrellas, flammable substances, or fireworks;
- Exhibiting aggressive, vulgar, abusive, or disruptive behavior towards other participants or the event staff;
- Minors must be accompanied by a legal representative/instructor from the school where they are active;
- Pet access is strictly prohibited.
The organizer processes personal data to fulfill legitimate operations and purposes, primarily related to business activities and ensuring the safety of our operations.
By attending the event, participants agree to be filmed or photographed. These materials may be used for promotional and marketing purposes of the organizer without any further obligation.
The organizer is not responsible for injuries, damages, or any other losses suffered by participants.

The organizer is committed to adhering to the provisions of the European Regulation No. 2016/679 regarding the protection of personal data stored during the festival.
Thus, the organizer agrees to maintain the confidentiality of participants' personal data and to use them in accordance with this Official Regulation and applicable legislation.
Participants, as data subjects, have the following rights under the European Regulation No. 2016/679:
- Right to information;
- Right to rectification;
- Right to data erasure;
- Right to restriction of processing;
- Right to object;
- Right to data portability;
- Right to lodge a complaint;
- Right to withdraw consent.
By simply participating in the festival and providing personal data to the organizer, participants agree for their data to be entered into the organizer’s database, processed, and used in the future exclusively to inform participants about new editions of the festival, the organization of competitions, and other information related to the organizer’s efforts to promote dance and the festival.
Upon written request, participants may opt out of having their personal data used.
