1.3. By accessing the website, purchasing a Pass, or participating in the event, the individual in question (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant“) declares that they have read, understood, and accepted in full and without reservations these Rules, which hold the legal force of an adhesion contract.
2.1. Legal Relations: The provisions of these Rules become legally binding for the Participant from the moment of the Pass purchase and remain in force throughout the entire duration of the Festival.
2.2. Obligation to Inform: In the event that the buyer of the Pass is different from the final Participant, the latter has the legal obligation to bring the terms of these Rules and the Privacy Policy to the Participant’s attention. The Organizer is exonerated from any liability arising from the failure to fulfill this obligation to inform.
2.3. Unilateral Amendments: The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend the clauses of these Rules without prior notification. Such amendments shall be immediately applicable from the date of their publication on the website.
III. Acquisition and Use of Passes
3.1. Multiple Purchase and Distribution of Access Titles: A single user may purchase multiple Passes within the same transaction. All access titles shall be sent centrally to the e-mail address provided by the buyer at the time of payment. Each Pass is individualized by its own unique QR code, valid for one person and a single scan at check-in. The distribution of tickets to final participants is the exclusive task of the buyer, who assumes full legal responsibility for the integrity and confidentiality of the dispatched QR codes. The Organizer is exonerated from any liability if a QR code is presented for access by a person other than the one intended by the buyer or if access is denied due to a prior scan of the same code.
3.2. Official Platforms: Transactions are conducted exclusively through GoDance or through group lists managed by accredited dance school leaders. The Organizer does not recognize the validity of Passes purchased through third-party platforms or unauthorized resellers.

The reference exchange rate is set at 1 EURO = 5.1 LEI.
3.4. Electronic Delivery: Passes are sent exclusively in electronic format (PDF and QR Code) within a maximum of 24 hours after payment confirmation. Failure to receive the Pass must be reported to contact@gozadero.ro.
